In recent years, Vogue India has been going the extra mile by empowering women in different ways. It has launched several social media ad campaigns in collaboration with many Bollywood artists. After Madhuri Dixit’s #StartWithTheBoys, Vogue has joined hands with Deepika Padukone and Homi Adajania. Vogue’s #Mychoice campaign is absolutely different from other campaigns. Unlike others, it doesn’t victimize women; instead it boldly states that the choices a woman makes for each and every aspect of her life be it social, political, physical or sexual is her own to make.

The video, written by Kersi Khambatta, stars 99 women from different professions. It screams out the choice of ownership of women over their mind, body and soul. It ends with a strong blaring message:

“My choices are my fingerprints.They make me unique..I’m the universe, infinite in every direction. And this is #MyChoice!”
